– 1 kg boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1 cup plain yogurt
– 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1/2 cup butter
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup tomato puree
– 1/2 cup cream
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


1. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
2. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

1. In a pan, melt the butter and sauté the chopped onions until they are translucent.
2. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
4. Stir in the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
