Ingredients:

1 package of phyllo pastry sheets
1 pound of fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup of chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
