Classic Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving and top with your favorite fruits and nuts.

Chia Pudding with Coconut and Mango

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
1/2 cup diced mango

Steps:

In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, and agave syrup.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with diced mango before serving.

Chocolate Chia Pudding with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup chocolate almond milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Steps:

In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, chocolate almond milk, and cocoa powder.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a blender, puree fresh raspberries to make a sauce.
Top the chia pudding with raspberry sauce before serving.
