1. Classic Mee Goreng with Tofu

Ingredients:

Mee goreng
Mee goreng

1 pack of instant noodles
1 block of tofu, cubed
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Cook the instant noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, heat some oil and fry the tofu until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until fragrant.
Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the fried tofu and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve hot and enjoy!

2. Spicy Peanut Mee Goreng

Ingredients:

1 pack of instant noodles
1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp lime juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

Cook the instant noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, sauté the mixed vegetables until tender.
In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked noodles and peanut sauce to the pan with vegetables. Stir well to combine.
Cook for a few more minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy the spicy peanut goodness!
