Classic Mango Sago

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup sago pearls
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup water

Steps:

Boil sago pearls in water until translucent. Drain and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, condensed milk, and sugar until well combined.
Add in diced mango and sago pearls to the milk mixture and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Mango Sago Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup sago pearls
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Steps:

Blend mango, coconut water, honey, and Greek yogurt until smooth.
Cook sago pearls according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
Pour mango smoothie into a bowl and top with sago pearls and additional diced mango.

Mango Sago Tart

Ingredients:

1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 cup sago pearls
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar

Steps:

Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a tart pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Layer diced mango and cooked sago pearls on top of the graham cracker crust.
Top with whipped cream and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
