Classic Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
Add the onion, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Mango Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the avocados as in the classic guacamole recipe.
Combine the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, salt, and pepper with the mashed avocados.

Grilled Corn Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1 ear of corn, husked

Instructions:
